We’re so excited to announce our second Clinic Day hosted by Dr. Laura Mercer at Mount Airy Family Dentistry on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, from 9 AM to 4 PM! This event is dedicated to serving patients with no dental insurance and those with Medicaid. We will accommodate appointment requests and walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you were seen at our last clinic and need to be rescheduled for further treatment, please fill out the “existing patient” form. Please ensure that you are filling out the correct form.

This clinic will be run differently than our last one. Treatment will be provided on a sliding fee scale. This means proof of income will be required to determine fees. These changes help ensure that Piedmont Smiles remains a sustainable operation so we can continue to host regular clinics and expand access to dental care in our community. If you have North Carolina Medicaid, please bring your card and information.

We will schedule as many appointments as possible to fill the day’s schedule. Once appointment slots are full, we will accommodate walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.
